Raid Al-Otaibi

Raid Al-Otaibi is the Director of Corporate Affairs at Aloula Aviation.  He joined the company in 2023 and brings more than 19 years of professional experience, including over seven years in corporate affairs spanning government relations, public relations, media engagement, and protocol.  Prior to joining Aloula Aviation, he worked with Aramco Medical Services Organization and later Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, supporting corporate affairs functions within highly regulated environments.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MBA, and is a Certified International Protocol Manager from the Protocol School of Washington.
