Paul Arpke

Captain Paul M. Arpke serves as the Director of Safety & Quality at Aloula Aviation. In this role, he oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full alignment with GACA and FAA standards while leading regulatory compliance efforts, safety investigations, and proactive risk management across complex operations.

An accomplished aviation safety executive with more than 20 years of industry experience, he holds dual Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certifications from GACA and FAA. As a certified flight instructor, helicopter Captain, and licensed fixed-wing pilot, he brings deep operational perspective to safety leadership, having logged over 7,000 flight hours across multiple aircraft types.

Over the past eight years at Aramco, he has successfully led safety programs that emphasize just culture, hazard identification, and risk mitigation. He takes particular pride in designing and implementing safety and quality systems that not only meet stringent regulatory requirements but also genuinely protect people, operations, and assets.
